As the year comes to a close, we want to thank you for your commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs through AWE Global. Your support has already helped countless women start their journeys.
This holiday season, we are launching our most exciting initiative yet: The Multiplier Effect Campaign to fund our Extension Program.
Igniting the Multiplier Effect
For years, we successfully taught women leadership and entrepreneurship through our intensive ASSET training. Now, we are changing the game. We are excited to continue supporting sustainable agricultural practices in the Global South. In our new extension program, we’re not only empowering women with key entrepreneurship and leadership skills to help them grow their incomes, but also equipping them with facilitation skills so they can become Facilitator-Entrepreneurs–each one will return to her community to train ten more women in a condensed, 10-lesson, 12-month program, increasing our impact tenfold.
The New Equation: 1 Woman Trains 10
This approach will create a powerful multiplier effect where knowledge is paid forward: the Facilitator will deepen her own business skills by teaching the material (it's a microcosm of her original training) and the Community will build local capacity as she hand-picks ten community members who want and need to improve their revenues.
AWE Global will Instantly extend their impact from 60 women to over 600 women!
This isn't charity; it's a scalable investment in community development. The heart of this program is recognizing the commitment of these women who carve out their time over one year to mentor others. Your donation goes directly toward their Facilitator Training, which ensures they have the resources they need to succeed.
